In conjunction with the project Radio Re-volt: One Person.00One Watt by Walker artists in residency Jennifer Allora and Guillermo Calzadilla, the conference "RAD: Radio, Access, Democracy," organized in partnership with Walker Art Center and Minneapolis College of Art and Design, brought together local, national, and international voices to explore the creative and political potential of radio and other media. Damian Catera + Ben Owen + Tom Roe + Abinadi Meza presented a Radio 4x4 as part of the conference activities.
