"Imagine The Swans at their noisiest, Flipper at their least proficient, and The Butthole Surfers at their silliest and you still ain't even close, bucko". Trying to describe the Bunnybrains is a frustrating experience. They stand as one of the contemporary counter-culture's most notorious acts (along with groups like Caroliner Rainbow) and have influenced a number of contemporary acts. Their sound could be described as psychedelic thrash (thrasedelic?) with influences ranging from Twin Infinitives-era Royal Trux to Amon Duul while their live performances are a mixture of GG Allin style confrontationalism and Manson family performance art. An incredibly strange experience not to be missed.
